Micaela P. Shelton
Micaela received her undergraduate degree in business administration from Washington State University in 2000, cum laude. Micaela received her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with great distinction, in 2003. She was admitted to the California bar in 2003.
During law school, Micaela was active with the Mock Trial Competition team, where her team took first place in a regional competition and advanced to the quarterfinals nationally. She was also an editor of the Transnational Lawyer Law Review. Micaela was awarded the Witkin Legal Institute award for top grades in property, torts, constitutional law and criminal law, as well as the school's Outstanding Student Achievement Award. She graduated Order of the Coif and The Order of Barristers in the top 2% of her class.
Micaela has a general civil litigation practice, which includes business, real estate, employment, professional liability, products liability and general tort liability disputes. She is experienced in all aspects of case handling and has co-chaired two jury trials to successful verdicts.
In her free time, Micaela enjoys traveling, sports and spending time at the beach.
