Malcolm B. Roberts
Malcolm Roberts received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley in 2000. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2005.
Malcolm is licensed with all the courts of the State of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
During law school, Malcolm was a member of the Volunteer Income Tax Association (VITA), the Cancer Legal Resource Center, the Center for Conflict Resolutions, and the Black Law Student Associaton (BLSA). Malcolm is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Inns of Court, Louis M. Welsh Chapter.
Since joining Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge, Malcolm has practiced in a variety of areas of civil litigation, including unfair competition, real estate, commercial, and construction litigation.
