Jason M. Kirby
Jason joined the firm in 2001. During that time, Jason's practice has concentrated on litigation of contract disputes in mediation, arbitration and at trial. These contract disputes have involved securities, hedge funds, real estate, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and employment matters. Jason has also spent considerable time representing investors, financial planners and broker-dealers in securities related matters. A smaller but significant portion of Jason's practice is dedicated to employment litigation and personal injury litigation. In those cases where a favorable settlement has not been reached, Jason has litigated those matters to verdict.
Jason has had numerous articles published in various legal trade publications. Jason has authored articles for Trial Bar News, for both the products liability and real estate sections. He has also written on securities litigation issues for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) San Diego.
Prior to joining Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge, Jason served as a law clerk at the San Diego Superior Court to the Honorable J. Richard Haden (Ret.). Between his undergraduate and law school education, Jason spent a number of years working with health management organizations and telecommunications companies.
Jason received his bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Arizona and his juris doctor from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Jason was awarded with the American Jurisprudence Award in negotiations and was consistently recognized for his academic accomplishments.
