Ethan T. Boyer
The hiring partner at Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge, Ethan dedicates his practice to the resolution of complex business and commercial disputes, including intellectual property matters, real estate disputes and product liability cases. Ethan has successfully handled such matters through trial and appeal.
Ethan graduated from U.C. Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law in 1994 where he was a member of the moot court board. Ethan also externed for the Justice Ronald M. George of the California Supreme Court. Ethan received his B.A. from Yale University in 1990, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Outside the courtroom, Ethan is active in the legal community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Bar Foundation and the Board of Governors of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of San Diego.
Ethan enjoys golf, fishing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
